SP 2001 F Fire Protection Coating
- Special formulation of ceramics, resins and an intumiscent that stops the passage of heat, fire, smoke and other gasses during a fire condition
- Maintains adhesion at temperatures above 2000 degrees
- UL 1709 Fire Endurance Test: 88-minute approval at 400 mil thickness
- ASTM E 119 Fire Endurance Test: 84-minute approval at 300 mil thickness
- Special formulation of ceramics and resins designed for application inside of ovens, boilers, steam lines and other high temperature environments.
- Maintains adhesion at temperatures above 2000 degrees
Super Therm 50/50
- Designed as a prime coat for SP 2001 to achieve immediate adhesion over a hot surface and block heat to begin application of heavier SP2001 topcoat.
